Shipping & Delivery
We want getting great wine to your door to be simple. Here is exactly what delivery costs, with no surprises at checkout.
🏠 Local Delivery – Tampa Bay
- South Tampa & Downtown Tampa: FREE on every order (ZIP codes 33602, 33606, 33609, 33611, 33616, 33629)
- Rest of Tampa: $15
- St. Petersburg & Clearwater: $25
- FREE local delivery on orders of $250 or more
Just choose Local Delivery at checkout. Someone 21 or older with a valid ID must be present to receive the order.
🛍️ Free Pickup
Pick up your order for free at 5462 56th Commerce Park Blvd., Tampa, FL 33610 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready. Please bring a valid ID (21+).
🌴 Shipping Within Florida
$25 per case (up to 12 bottles). Every additional case is another $25.
🇺🇸 Shipping to Other States

- Orders $150+: ship for $29

Checkout shows every rate your order qualifies for — just pick the lowest.
🍷 Valerie's Vault Members
Monthly shipping is charged at the rates above. Prepaid 3, 6, and 12-month memberships already include the cost of every month's shipment after the first, so there are no extra charges along the way.
🚫 States We Can't Ship To
Due to state alcohol laws, we cannot ship to Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota, or Utah. We also cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
📦 Processing & Delivery
- Orders ship within 5 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Adult signature required: the recipient must be 21+ and show a valid ID. We recommend shipping to a business address so someone is available to sign.
- Weather holds: during extreme heat or cold we may hold your order for a few days to protect the wine. We'll let you know if this happens.
